We do our best to accommodate your preferred scheduling window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible so we can offer that time to another customer.
Emergency service is available after hours for urgent issues such as gas leaks, flooding, no heat, no water, or electrical hazards. Call our main line any time and our receptionist will connect you with the on call technician.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept multiple payment methods, which will be confirmed at the time of booking or invoicing.

While we take care in performing every job, OnCall Property Services is not responsible for pre existing property conditions unrelated to the service performed, or for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.
